Kathleen A. Liever focuses her practice on labor and employment law and white collar criminal defense.  Kathleen has experience representing employers and management in a variety of employment-related disputes, including disputes involving allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge, employment contracts, minimum and overtime wage issues, OSHA matters, and general personnel matters.  In the criminal context, Kathleen has experience representing organizational and individual clients in a wide variety of white collar matters, including governmental investigations and prosecutions, grand jury investigations, subpoenas, search warrants, internal investigations, and business torts litigation involving fraud and civil theft.
